Buti Yoga Master Trainee, Susan White, will lead you through a 2 hour workshop and class breakdown of the fundamentals of Buti Yoga. Proper form, alignment and traditional Buti movements will be covered. Foundational movements such as static shake, spiral technique, cardio bursts, Fire Breath and more!
